COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO Several students from Colorado were recently named Regents Scholars, a highly selective scholarship program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Funds for this scholarship are provided by the Legislature for Colorado residents. Scholarships are awarded to first-time enrollees beginning fall semesters only. Graduating high school students must be ranked in the top 10 percent of their graduating class, complete the Minimum Academic Preparation Standards requirements with a minimum of 16 academic units, and receive an ACT composite of 26 or greater and SAT total of 1150 or greater. Full-time students receive $1,500.
