COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. An annual career fair that brings a wide variety of corporate and public sector recruiters to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. October 22, 2004 in the University Center Gymnasium.
Career Fair 2004, Aim High, will be open to the public. Free parking is available in lots one, three and four near the University Center during the hours of the Career Fair.
Recruiters from more than 30 organizations will be ready to answer questions, discuss openings, and present opportunities to graduating CU-Colorado Springs students and alumni as well as graduates from other colleges and universities.
“Bring your resume, dress in your best business attire, and Aim High,” Vanessa Ea, career services coordinator, said. “Every day I encounter a job seeker who says there are no jobs out there. But I am in contact with multiple employers and know that job prospects do exist in our community. The Career Fair is a venue to find out about these opportunities.”
