FILM FESTIVAL TO HIGHLIGHT CU-COLORADO SPRINGS STUDENT WORKS

COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. A showing of original short films created by students at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will begin at 7:30 p.m. April 20 in the Science Auditorium.

The film festival will be preceded by a filmmaker’s reception in the Gallery of Contemporary Art beginning at 7 pm. The event is free to students and community members.

Live-action, documentary, animation and experimental work will be included in the festival. Awards for each category will be given. In addition, the Office of Campus Activities will present a Festival Award prize.
