“Big Girl Steps,” Ginger Immenhauser<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

COLORADO SPRINGS \u2013 The works of 10 University of Colorado Colorado Springs senior art students will be shared at an April 15 exhibit opening at GOCA1420, the campus gallery of the UCCS Galleries of Contemporary Art.<\/p>\n

“Senior Visual Art Majors Exhibit X” will open with a reception scheduled from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 15 and will continue through May 14 at GOCA1420, located in Centennial Hall on the UCCS campus. The reception and exhibit is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are Noon to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays or by appointment.<\/p>\n

In addition to exhibiting their work, students were responsible for details of the show including curation and design, installation, lighting, marketing, opening reception and staffing. This is the 10th<\/sup> annual senior visual and performing arts major art exhibition at UCCS.<\/p>\n
