WHO: Richard Elliott, artist and adjunct professor at the California College of the Arts in Oakland, Calif. Elliott is a former resident of Colorado Springs and currently lectures regularly at educational institutions in the San Francisco area. His fiber artwork has been shown in numerous regional and national exhibitions.<\/p>\n
