University Club to discuss wellness at Jan. 30 program

Health involves the ability to maintain balance while responding to various physiological and psychological challenges. Much like cultivating a garden, individuals can learn skills to restore balance. Aging can be a positive experience.

“Cultivating Wellness: Transforming Strategies” is the topic for the next University Club program scheduled for 5:30 7:30 p.m. Jan. 30, 2003 in University Hall. Anyone interested in exploring issues in aging is welcome to attend.

This colloquium offers insight to people who want to learn more about what they can begin doing to cultivate wellness in their lives. Attendees will gain insight about making good decisions regarding their health issues and learn about making the transition to healthy aging.

The colloquium includes three presentations: Medical Hexing, Tending to the Needs of Long Life, and Office Antics for Better Health.
