Community members interested in pursuing a graduate degree are invited to attend a graduate open house at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, from 5:30 – 7 p.m., on April 10 in the University Center.
Representatives from the university’s six colleges will be available for questions regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and other program specific topics.
The event is open to the public at no charge and free parking is available in Lots 3 & 4 between 5 and 7:30 p.m.
UCCS offers 17 master’s degrees and four doctoral degrees from its six colleges, the College of Business and Administration, College of Engineering and Applied Science, College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, College of Education, School of Public Affairs and the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Graduate studies are for individuals who have completed a bachelor’s degree and are interested in additional studies. Most of UCCS’ graduate students, approximately 1,400, attend classes part-time. The average age of a UCCS graduate student is 34 years old.
