What: The Colorado Springs community is invited to attend an open house celebrating the grand opening of the Lane Center for Academic Health Sciences.

Why: UCCS HealthCircle is introducing an innovative model of integrated healthcare that cares for the whole person. The open house will showcase UCCS’s five clinics owned and operated by the University of Colorado Colorado Springs:
- The Center for Active Living
- Aging Center
- Primary Care Clinic
- Peak Nutrition Clinic
- Veteran’s Health and Trauma Clinic
- Also housed in the Lane Center for Academic Health Sciences is Peak Vista’s Lane Family Senior Health Center.
How: Members of the public are invited to tour the new facility and see first-hand how they can benefit from and become an active partner in their healthcare decisions. Peak Vista and UCCS faculty and staff will be on site to answer questions about this leading-edge, partnership-based approach to healthcare.
