WHO: Bobby Seale, co-founder of one of the leading 1960s civil rights groups, the Black Panther Party. Seale was one of the original defendants in the famous “Chicago 8” trial of 1969.

WHAT: Campus lecture as part of a UCCS course “1968” that is free and open to the public.

WHEN: 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 5.

WHERE: University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in the Upper Lodge

WHY: Seale will discuss “Constitutional Democratic Civil-Human Rights for all Citizens and all Earth’s Humanity.” He will be available for media/press interviews and discussion at 6 p.m.
