COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. — The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will offer new, online non-degree certificate healthcare programs through its Beth-El College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
The new online courses are designed for individuals seeking to change careers, obtain advanced training and certifications, or who are first-time job seekers in need of specialized training. The courses are all open enrollment and self-paced. Students are paired with a personal instructor. Courses take an average of 90 days to complete and provide training for entry-level positions.
The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will work with Gatlin Educational Services, the nation’s largest provider of asynchronous web-based career training, to offer the courses. Gatlin Education Services has been providing education on the web since 1994. They offer instructor- supported programs to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional caliber positions for many in-demand occupations.
