WHO: Professional Golf Management Program at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
WHAT: A welcoming convocation for members of the PGM program at the university will feature traditional Scottish bagpipes and drums to highlight the traditions of golf. University and program leaders will address the students.
WHEN: 9 a.m. Sept. 1, 2004
WHERE: El Pomar Center commons area on the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs campus.
WHY: To celebrate the history of golf and its long traditions and to welcome the second official class of Professional Golf Management students to the university.
